All care is taken when packaging your order, Luna Brilla will not be responsible for goods that are received damaged due to shipping. As the goods are sent via Australia Post, the customer will need to contact Australia Post.
Goods purchased may not be returned, refunded or exchanged unless you can prove that your order is not what you expected from the details given on the web site. If so, refunds or exchanges will only be given if the item has the invoice, is in original condition with all packaging in tact and is within 21 days of the transaction date.
Postage for the return of goods is at the customers cost.
